克雷顿大学每年收到转学申请290多份——其中有30%的学生来自于社区学院，录取学生约99名，录取率在34%左右。春季、夏季、秋季、冬季四个学期均可转学，可入读大一、二、三、四任何学期。至少要求修过12个学分，方可以转学生的身份申请，要求GPA不低于2.75。学生最多可转学分数不超过80个，如在克雷顿大学攻读完本科至少还要修够48个学分才可顺利毕业。申请时，无需计算可转学分数，入学后，由所录取的专业、项目或系计算。

克雷顿大学医学院（Creighton University School of Medicine）成立于1892年，开设的学位类型是MD。校本部位于内布拉斯加州的奥马哈市。2012年，学校在亚利桑那州的菲尼克斯（Phoenix）开设了新的分校区，在那里建立了圣约瑟夫医院与医学中心（ St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center），学生在这里可以进行临床实践研究。克雷顿医学院学制一般为5年，前2年主要是医学科学的专业学习，后3年主要以临床实践为主。
